TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC RESIDENT WITHIN THE DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA OF AYLESBURY VALE, WITH A VIEW TO THE PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC ORDER THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS MEDIATION AND RECONCILIATION PARTICULARLY IN MATTERS OF DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN NEIGHBOURS PROVIDED THAT SUCH SERVICES SHALL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR MATTERS OF DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN TWO MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY WHICH RELATE TO SEPARATION OR DIVORCE.
