(2) THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO CATS AND DOGS. (3) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
