1. TO FUND THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, UPKEEP, IMPROVEMENTS TO AND INSURANCE OF ST. BENEDICTS R C HIGH SCHOOL ALCESTER AND OF IT'S CHAPEL, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER COSTS WHICH ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOVERNORS OF THIS VOLUNTARY AIDED SCHOOL.
2. GENERALLY FOR ANY SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE AS, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, MAY BE CONDUCIVE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION IN SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE
