THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN AN ENVIRONMENT SYMPATHETIC TO THE TRADITIONS AND CULTURE OF THE SIKH COMMUNITY IN PARTICULAR BY MANAGING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE GURU SINGH KHALSA COLLEGE AS A SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND AS A COLLEGE FOR ADULTS.
