THE CBA IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BENGALI COMMUNITY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE BY THE PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS INSOFAR AS SUCH ORGANISATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS ARE WORKING TO ADVANCE CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
