FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PARTICULARLY BY:
(A) THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE TO THE PUPILS OF RAYNES PARK HIGH SCHOOL (INCLUDING FORMER PUPILS THAT HAVE LEFT THE SCHOOL WITHIN THE PREVIOUS SIX YEARS) ; AND
(B) PROVIDING EQUIPMENT , FACILITIES AND RESOURCES TO RAYNES PARK HIGH SCHOOL WHICH ARE NOT THE STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE.
