Charitable objects
(1) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF REFUGEES FROM ACHOLILAND AND ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, REPRESENTATION, COUNSELLING AND INFORMATION IN MATTERS SUCH AS ASYLUM, IMMIGRATION, HEALTH, MONEY, DEBTS, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT. (2) FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN ACHOLILAND AND ELSEWHERE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS. (3) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE EDUCATION OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE FROM ACHOLILAND OR WHO ARE OF ACHOLI DESCENT. (4) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN STRATFORD (EAST LONDON) AND ELSEWHERE AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE FROM ACHOLILAND OR WHO ARE OF ACHOLI DESCENT BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC FOR WHOSE USE THEY ARE PROVIDED.
