B) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF ACCESS TO AND THE STUDY OF THE DOVECOTE ITS ARCHITECTURE AND HISTORY BY MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
