BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF REFUGEES/ SAFE ACCOMMODATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF HOUSING VULNERABLE VICTIMS AND CHILDREN FLEEING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. IN ADDITION TO PROMOTE THE AWARENESS AND NEED FOR SPECIALISED AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES, AMONGST AGENCIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
