TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PERSONS IN EAST LONDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE FREE PROVISION OF ADVICE, CARE, COUNSELLING, DELIVERY OF INFORMATION, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, SERVICES, TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL, PREVENTATIVE AND HARM MINIMISATION PROGRAMMES IN THE FIELDS OF DRUGS AND DRUG MIS-USE, SEXUAL HEALTH (INCLUDING HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV) AND ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS) AND OTHER RELATED SOCIAL, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ISSUES.
