(1) TO ADVANCE THE HINDU RELIGION (2) TO PROVIDE A PLACE OF WORSHIP AND TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE (3) TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE HINDU RELIGION AND CULTURE (4) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND ALSO BY RELIEVING POVERTY AND SICKNESS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT
