TO PROVIDE LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN AN INFORMAL SETTING FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING, STAYING OR WORKING WITHIN THE AREA OF DAWLISH AND ADJACENT PARISHES (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) THROUGH WHICH THEY MAY BE ENCOURAGED TO GROW AND DEVELOP THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
