FOR ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY INSTITUTIONS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD IN CONNECTION WITH THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION OF MEDICAL RESEARCH BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE.
