Charitable objects
(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS, THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND ITS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION; AND (II) TO CARRY OUT OR PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE MAINTENANCE AND OBSERVANCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN PLACES OR AREAS WHERE THERE MAY HAVE BEEN AN IMPACT ON THE HUMAN RIGHT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SUCH PLACES AND AREAS AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE OR CHANGE AND TO PUBLISH OR OTHERWISE DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
