JAMES HOSPITAL, INCLUDING THE PRESERVATION OF THE ORNAMENTAL PARKLAND AND TO PROMOTE THE HERITAGE OF THE PATIENTS OF ST. JAMES AND THE FORMER CITY ASYLUM.
