THE ADVANCEMENT OF RECREATION FOR THOSE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND EDUCATION BY MEANS OF A RESTORATION PLAN FOR LAND ON THE SITE OF THE ST. JAMES HOSPITAL, INCLUDING THE PRESERVATION OF THE ORNAMENTAL PARKLAND AND TO PROMOTE THE HERITAGE OF THE PATIENTS OF ST. JAMES AND THE FORMER CITY ASYLUM.
