Charitable objects

2) TO ASSIST IN MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC GARDENS ON THE WATERPERRY ESTATE IN OXFORDSHIRE.
3) TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST HORTICULTURAL STUDIES, RESEARCH AND TUITION AT THE WORLD RENOWNED WATERPERRY HORTICULTURAL CENTRE.
