TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR QUALITY DAY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING THE SCHOOL DAY, OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND DURING THE HOLIDAYS TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR QUALITY DAY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AGED 2 TO 5 YEARS TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR QUALITY DAY CARE AND RECREATION OF CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 11 YEARS. TO ADVANCE THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF THE PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
