TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN IN NEED BY: 1) OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS 2) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO GAIN SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT FROM EACH OTHER AND THE PLAYLEADERS 3) ENABLING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR CHILDREN'S NEEDS BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PLAY ACTIVITIES 4) ENSURING THAT THE CHARITY OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES TO ALL SUCH FAMILLIES REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION OR MEANS.
