(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS AT UNIVERSITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE NETHERLANDS FOR POST-GRADUATE STUDENTS, PARTICULARLY CITIZENS OF COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE NETHERLANDS; (2) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
