THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNICATION WITH DEAF, DEAFENED, HARD OF HEARING AND DEAFBLIND PEOPLE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS DEAF PEOPLE) IN PARTICULAR BY THE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXAMINATION OF STUDENTS AND TUTORS IN THE DIFFERENT MODES OF COMMUNICATION USED BY SUCH PERSONS.
