Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED IN GHANA AND SOUTH AFRICA. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF AFRICAN DESCENT, IN AFRICAN LANGUAGES AND CULTURES AND BY THE PROVISION OF LEISURE TIME AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO AS TO ASSIST THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
