TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF MANSELTON, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO ADVANCE COMMUNITY CARE, ACTION AND DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE.
