TO RELIEVE CHILDREN IN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD AND DISTRICTS WITH PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR LEARNING IMPAIRMENTS OR DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION OF A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY CAN PURSUE PLAY AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE PROVISION OF A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY CAN PURSUE PLAY AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF DEVELOPING THEIR MOTOR, INTERPERSONAL AND OTHER SKILLS AND OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND THOSE OF THEIR CARERS
