TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS, AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND AN ADVICE AND INFORMATION CENTRE.
