1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGHOUT EUROPE, INCLUDING THE EUROPEAN STUTTERING ASSOCIATIONS, IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SPEECH IMPAIRMENT OF STUTTERING 2. TO UNDERTAKE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THE SPEECH IMPAIRMENT OF STUTTERING 3. TO ADVANCE THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO STUTTER AND TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN A VOLUNTARY CAPACITY TO THE WORK OF THE EUROPEAN STUTTERING ASSOCIATIONS
