CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 28TH OCTOBER 1998
Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PWLL Y PANT AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE SAID INHABITANTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
B) TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VILLAGE HALL IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
