TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID COMMUNITY AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY
