(1) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN MONTSERRAT THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, COUNSELLING, GRANTS OF MONEY AND OTHER ASSISTANCE. (11) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN MONTSERRAT AND IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (111) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MAY DECIDE.
