TO HELP FUND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (WITHIN THE TOWN OF NEWBURY) AS TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
