THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE WILL OF THE LATE HAROLD GEOFFREY HARFIELD DATED 25TH SEPTEMBER 1988 WHICH WAS PROVED IN THE WINCHESTER DISTRICT PROBATE REGISTRY BY THE FIRST TRUSTEES ON 16TH JANUARY 1998 TO PAY THE INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHERITON PRIMARY SCHOOL CHERITON HAMPSHIRE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
