THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE IN INSTITUTIONAL CARE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL CLASSES, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIPS AND INTERNSHIPS AND SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE.
