PROVIDE AND PRESERVE FINE EXAMPLES OF SUCH ART IN PLACES WHERE THEY MAY BE SEEN BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC 3. ORGANISE EXCURSIONS FOR MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC TO VISIT SUCH PLACES 4. FURTHER THE STUDY OF SUCH ART AND MAINTAIN A LIBRARY OR LIBRARIES OF BOOKS JOURNALS AND MATERIALS.
