TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND GREATER PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE PREVENTION AND SOLUTION OF CRIME SO THAT EFFECTIVE LIAISON BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE PUBLIC CAN BE ACHIEVED IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE POLICE IN THE MPS BEXLEY DIVISION.
