Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST:
A) AS TO THE INCOME TO APPLY THE SAME WITHIN 3 YEARS OF ITS RECEIPT
B) AS TO THE CAPITAL THEREOF AFTER THE EXPIRY OF 20 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THIS DEED TO APPLY ALL OR SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL
AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS THE PURPOSE OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PURPOSE OF LEARNING TO SAIL WITH A QUALIFIED SAILING INSTRUCTOR WITHIN A RADIUS OF FIFTY MILES OF THE HAMBLE RIVER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE LIVING IN THAT AREA AND AGED UNDER 25
