TO RELIEVE DISABLED PEOPLE IN CORNWALL IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY PROVIDING ADVISE ON THE ISSUE OF DISABLED ACCESS TO ALL AREAS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES (PARTICULARLY THOSE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN) IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AND BY RAISING AWARENESS OF THESE ISSUES AMONG THE PUBLIC GENERALLY.
