THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE PLAY AND HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN WITH LEARNING AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES IN THE FENLAND AREA OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE BY: (A) TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO PLAYSCHEMES THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE PARTICULAR NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH LEARNING AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. (B) TO LIAISE WITH OTHER SCHEMES AND GROUPS IN ASSOCIATED AREAS TO ENABLE THE INCLUSION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES INTO MAINSTREAM PROVISION WHERE APPROPRIATE. (C) TO PROVIDE AN ELEMENT OF RESPITE CARE TO PARENTS AND CARERS PREVENTING PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL BREAKDOWN AND WHEN NO OTHER APPROPRIATE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE. (D) TO PROVIDE FOR CARE IN THE COMMUNITY AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO RESIDENTIAL CARE. (E) TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES.
