THE RELIEF OF MENTALLY HANDICAPPED ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES ATTENDING GREEN ACRES, HOUSES 1-4, ARCHERY HOUSE, BOW ARROW LANE, DARTFORD AND RAINBOW LODGE, 87 INVICTA ROAD, DARTFORD, BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF KENT AND GENERALLY TO ASSIST THE CHARITABLE WORK OF ARCHERY HOUSE AND RAINBOW LODGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE TRUST.
