SCHEME OF THE COMMISSIONERS DATED 6 FEBRUARY 2001
Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO:
(A) ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25; AND
(B) ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND
(C) ARE RESIDENT ON THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA.
(2) THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO PERSONS WHO HAVE ANY TIME ATTENDED ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES:
(A) BISHOP GORE COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL;
(B) DYNEVOR COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL;
(C) SWANSEA COLLEGE; AND
(D) SWANSEA INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
