THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND HARDSHIP PARTICULARLY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF HOMES OF REST OR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH HOMES OF REST AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL AT THEIR DISCRETION SELECT BEING LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BUT IN PARTICULAR IN BRAZIL PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL SELECT ONLY THOSE HOMES PROVIDING REST FOR THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR STATE OF HEALTH OR CONDITION IN LIFE
