TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE PERFORMING ARTS, PARTICULARLY MUSIC AND WELSH NATIONAL MUSIC, BY PROMOTING, FACILITATING AND ENCOURAGING THE APPRECIATION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND THE YOUNG IN PARTICULAR.
