Activities - how the charity spends its money
To relieve suffering, sickness & disease among families, widows & orphans in the Nyanza district of Kenya, particularly among those living with, or affected by HIV/AIDS. This is done through self help action groups, supported by local full time projects, who train, guide & direct the communities in areas of food, health, housing, water & education.

Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE RACHUONYO DISTRICT OF SOUTH NYANZA IN KENYA, FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: (1)TO RELIEVE SUFFERING, SICKNESS AND DISEASE AMONG FAMILIES AND ORPHANS AND PARTICULARLY AMONG THOSE WHO ARE LIVING WITH OR ARE AFFECTED BY HIV / AIDS. (2)TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES INTO THE CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF SICKNESS AND DISEASE. (3)TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY SUPPORTING THE TEACHING AND APPLICATION OF SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL TECHNIQUES. (4)TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS.
