TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS ATTENDING OAKLEY PAROCHIAL COMBINED SCHOOL BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT OUTINGS AND EVENTS NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY FUNDING AUTHORITY.
