(II)THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR TRAINING IN A RANGE OF VOCATIONAL AND NON-VOCATIONAL SUBJECTS INCLUDING IT, MUSIC, THE ARTS, KEYS SKILLS, HORTICULTURE AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT VIA RECYCLING.'
