Armley Helping Hands is supports older people in deprived inner-city Leeds, We were set up in 1995, by a group of local people and community activists. They were concerned about the welfare of local older people. by providing a range of services, advice, support and varied social and healthy living activities, enabling older people to live independently and to pro-actively participate.
