TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE, AGED 25 YEARS OR UNDER, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF HEXHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND ["THE AREA OF BENEFIT"] AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
