Crossroads Care Kent supports Carers to make a life of their own outside caring, by providing quality services offering peace of mind, whilst enabling them to take time for themselves. Our services include respite care, urgent care, overnight care, counselling and cover for Carers healt appointments and volunteer support. We provide clubs and activities for Young Carers.
