Charitable objects

A) TO RELIEVE SUFFERING IN THE COUNTIES OF DEVON AND CORNWALL THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS COUNSELLING, MEDIATION, CONCILIATION, RECONCILIATION OR CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AS BETWEEN PERSONS, ORGANISATIONS, AUTHORITIES OR GROUPS INVOLVED OR LIKELY TO BE INVOLVED IN DISPUTE OR INTER-PERSONAL CONFLICT. B) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE COUNTIES OF DEVON AND CORNWALL IN THE PURPOSES AND METHODS OF COUNSELLING, MEDIATION, CONCILIATION, RECONCILIATION OR CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NATURE AND THE CAUSES OF ANY AND OF ALL MEANS OF MANAGING THEM FOR THE PURPOSES OF PEACEFUL RESOLUTION IN THE INTERESTS OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP; C) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE COUNTIES OF DEVON AND CORNWALL THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN THE METHODS OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND TO ARRANGE AND HOLD MEETINGS, CONFERENCES, AND LECTURES TO DISSEMINATE GOOD PRACTICE IN PEACEFUL CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER AND IN THE INTERESTS OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP.
