SPARK IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF KESGRAVE AND SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
