Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO:
(1) ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25; AND
(2) ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND
(3) ARE RESIDENT OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND
(4) HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED A SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
